Susan P. Austin is President of SPA Consulting. After Susan’s retirement from the educational profession, she undertook an active role in the day-to-day operations of SPA. SPA expanded from being an insurance consulting firm to one that includes all businesses. The primary area of expansion was Business Plans for small businesses. Susan is also responsible for the operation of SPA Insurance Agency, which provides coverage for Special Events. Sue is a graduate of Illinois Wesleyan and did graduate work at Governor’s State.

Susan also markets the insurance products that Seniors Insurance Marketing Group, Inc. (SIMG) provides to insurance agencies in Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Missouri and Wisconsin.

Robert L. Austin started SPA Insurance Consultants in 1997. This operation markets programs to agencies throughout the United States and performs Product Development work for P & C Insurance Companies. Bob has over 30 years of insurance experience that includes all facets of product development, marketing, sales, planning and supervision. Bob is a graduate of Carthage College and has a Master’s Degree from San Jose State University.
